3d printable academic bust of Lady Blackstone.
Hi friends,
I recently started hosting a paint night at my local game store. We have primarily been painting academic busts and it has been incredibly fun. Painting for display has been a completely new experience for me since I almost always paint for gaming. When you paint a small academic bust, you are free from the constraints of army painting. You don’t have to worry about repeatable paint techniques, speed, or fitting in with a collection. You are completely free to experiment with colors, techniques, and dramatic lighting. Also, since it is a larger scale, you can get lost in fun details.
I printed up these Relicblade busts for our last game night, and we had so much fun I had to share it here. If you have at half as much fun as we did, you will love it.
Your friend,
Sean
